Camping at Natural Bridge

Last weekend (Oct 19) we went down towards Roanoke to Natural Bridge to the KOA campground. I probably should have stayed home since I wasn't feeling the best, but I didn't want to miss it. We had a cute little cabin and had a lot of fun. Juliette thought the bunk beds were awesome and loved climbing up the ladder and having an area that wasn't her bed to lay down on. I think she also loved staying up and watching Netflix on my phone! We went to the safari park on Saturday and because there were so many of us-22-we got a private wagon just for us. It was a really interesting experience having the animals come right up to us. Juliette loved the llamas and the camels. A camel got a hold of her food bucket and stole it- they had warned us that they like to do that! The bison has learned that if they open their mouths people will just drop food in so that was funny. Saturday night we went trick or treating. Sunday we drove out to Foamhenge- an exact replica of Stonehenge made out of foam- Josh's idea.

Ready for sleep---as soon as the battery on my phone dies!

Mommy looks a little loopy from the Dayquil!

How cute is this cabin??

Some views--this is when I miss the mountains at home.

Breakfast time!
