The beach

There was only one day that we didn't hit the beach. Juliette liked having her lunch and snacks in the cabana and letting her feet sink into the sand.

 

Boogie Boarding!

So this took a little bribing and begging to get her to sit on the boogie board and let the waves move her while I pulled her. After a few tries she started giggling and hopping back on the board without me begging her!

 

Lazy River

I swear Juliette would have spent all her time going around and around the lazy river without a tube. She loved the current taking her around in laps and feeling like she was really swimming. She even got brave and went under a few times.

 

Hot tub!

It took her a while, but we finally convinced Juliette that the hot tub was pretty great too!

The pool

So back to Myrtle Beach in June--Juliette discovered the kiddie pool quickly after arriving. She thought it was awesome that she could swim. She also got to be friendly with some of the kids during our week there and was not shy about introducing herself and asking them where they were from and how they got there! So cute.

 

Busy month

Here we are at the end of July and I have yet to catch up on June AND July photos and activities. I may have to be a little more selective in my uploads just to keep up! We've had a busy month. We spent two weeks in PA and have had many trips to Kings Dominion and some fun nights in our neighborhood.

Soooooooo here we go with trying to catch up. Again.

Photos

We normally do not buy the photo taken during events because of the $$, but sometimes the experience is worth the picture and these were two of them. At Medieval times, the dads got a free picture of themselves in the king's chair with their Father's Day package, but we had to buy the one of all of us. Then at Ripley's Aquarium Juliette got to pose with a mermaid. Totally worth it.
