Calling it quits

Well it's almost 1 am and I'm beat. I'm only two weeks behind so that will have to be good enough. Tomorrow is a new day to fill with memories and adventures. I was out today for about 2 hours hunting for a furniture set for Juliette and I found it at Powells so tomorrow we have to go fill out paperwork, then head to story time at the library. Then a friend asked to meet up at Kings Dominion if the weather cooperates. Yay :)

Happy Father's Day!

We celebrated Father's Day on Sunday with a trip to Medieval Times! It as a fun night and our knight- the red knight- made it to the final two only to be knocked out. Boo. Juliette loved it and cheered and boo'd with the best of them. She didn't want to give the king a hug, but thought our waitress was a princess and then liked seeing the real princess from the night :) Dad and Josh got the King of the Realm treatment with flags and beer. A good time was had by all :).

Hitting the beach

I think we were able to wait about 30 minutes before Juliette begged us to take her down to the beach. She ran right into the waves---didn't matter she had clothes on!

Heading to Myrtle Beach!

Whenever we stop on road trips her favorite thing to do is pick something from the machines! Just like her mommy..

We knew it was going to be a long drive- we were right. Luckily we didn't hit traffic until the very end.

Waterworks opens!

After the water park we went to the Dinosaur 3D movie- Juliette loved it!

Build a Bear

John Ellis had his birthday at Build a Bear in Short Pump down in Richmond which is basically a big outdoor mall. I can't believe he's seven! Juliette had fun and liked seeing Vicky's daughter Joy again.

June 8

Juliette tried to get Eddie out of the fountain. It didn't work!

After we built bears we went out to the fountains to have cup cakes

Saying Good-bye

June 7 also marked Juliette's last day with Miss Cindy. We will miss her very much for many reasons- one being Juliette met her bestie there. Here they are waving me off one morning and then at the park on our last day of school. We will still be seeing a lot of her if the last month has showed it. Luckily her parents are great too- if we didn't get along that could be bad!
